Convenient location is really the draw. The reviews were suspiciously high and for a budget hotel.... It could have been worse. Spacious rooms, grounds were clean. TV choices were poor, wifi password didn't work on the plus side the beds were very comfortable. So I'd say they have priorities in order. Much had been updated the bathrooms were not yet. You won't be wowed, for the price it's a good choice for a quick rest.
The only complaint I have is the rush for checkout if you are 1 minute late they stand outside your door which I found really strange! Other than that everything was good.
Stay here 3 times a year for a week each time for the past couple years, good location, all kinds of food around, clean, and very friendly staff, its nothing fancy, just a really good place to lay your head

Room was clean bug free. Washrooms were nice and clean. Value for money. Cons: no coffee/tea maker, no water bottles provided. Plumbing in bathroom is little older. But best value for money. Would stay there again.
This place is such a treasure! The owner and his staff are very attentive and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Even though highway 81 is a block away, it's quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping service is top notch. This is one of the cleanest, best kept hotels I've stayed in!
Great value! Stayed overnight before a flight the next morning and the location for that couldn’t have been better. Plus the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there during a lake effect snow warning and he went out of his way multiple times to keep the path to our room extra shoveled to help my 7 month pregnant sister. Nice bonus of heat lights in the bathroom too. For two star hotel I was definitely impressed!
Excellent place if you just need a place to sleep. We use this going to the airport all the time. It is clean, the owner is friendly, and it is convenient. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be.
